My rule-of-thumb is simply increase my activity and decrease my fat intake. I do count my calories when I want to loose because it directly reflects my
success.

After trying out this website: 'mydailyplate' I can say that it is great for keeping track of calories, fat, salt, etc. when a persons goal is to loose weight. It not only helps you understand how the foods you eat affect your health, it also suggests better food choices to improve your diet. Thank you Molly!
