I needed new sneakers for working out at the Rec Center, so I went to the sports shoe store near the mall... can't remember the name right now but
it's in the little strip mall near Blue Seal. They told me that RYKA sneakers are designed for women, by women... they all have a wider toe box and a
narrower heel, and they're very reasonably priced. Click here to see them online: RYKA Website
I told them I need sneakers for using the cardio/weight machines, doing BOSU/swiss ball workouts, and the occasional run on the track, so they set me up with
the RYKA "Intensity XT" crosstraining shoe. They cost just under $70 and if they stop my toes going numb it will be worth every penny!
Happy shopping!
